How does 10Tacle App works?

Our user mobile application is a digital remote control and a season parking manager all in one. It is also easy to invite your guest to your apartment or office by sending them a secured link to access the car park or front gate.

How to download 10Tacle App?

First download the 10Tacle app which is available for Android Devices and IOS, Signing up is free and simple. You will need to sign up using your mobile phone, key in your vehicle number, select the car park that the administrator has granted you access and simply swipe to open the barrier/autogate. You can find more details below in our App user manual.

How to open the barrier/gate?

There are two methods to enter a 10Tacle carpark: Swipe or Swift.

What is 10Tacle swipe mode?

10Tacle Swipe : Open the 10Tacle app when you are approaching the barrier/autogate of a 10Tacle enabled car park/Access door way. Stay within 3m radius of the barrier/autogate and swipe the button. An acknowledge notification will appear on your phone when you have successfully opened the barrier.

What is 10Tacle swift mode?

10Tacle Swift : Ensure that you have registered your vehicle license plate in your app. Simply approach the entry, our AI vision camera will register you and open the barrier/autogate automatically.If our AI vision camera doesn’t register you, you can simply swipe to open the barrier.

What happens if I forget to bring my phone or if I have no network coverage?

If you are unable to use the app for these reasons stated above, you will have to look for the nearest phone to call 10Tacle hotline (24hrs) at 89264421 or press the intercom for assistance to remotely open the barrier by our friendly operator.

What happens if I key in my vehicle details wrongly?

The barrier/autogate may not open and you may get a parking offence notice if you input wrong details.

Will I get fined if I key in my vehicle details wrongly?

Yes, you may get a parking offence notice if you input wrong details for your parking session.

Can I open the barrier/autogate on behalf of another person?

Depends. Please check with your car park administrator.

Can I start a parking session for multiple vehicles?

No, you will not be able to park for multiple vehicles using the app.

I own/drive multiple vehicles. Can the app allow me to save all my vehicles?

Yes, the app automatically saves your recently used vehicles based on your parking history.
